Vernon View Golf Course, owned and operated by the Phillips family, is a premier golf destination located in the heart of beautiful Mt. Vernon, OH. Nestled among rolling hills and breathtaking scenery, Vernon View offers a truly unforgettable golfing experience.

Bob Phillips, a lifelong golfer and passionate entrepreneur, purchased the course in 2021 with a vision to create a welcoming and challenging golf course for players of all skill levels. Under his leadership, Vernon View has undergone significant renovations and upgrades, including the addition of a state-of-the-art practice facility, refurbished greens and fairways, and a completely remodeled clubhouse.

While Bob, the superintendent, takes care of outside operations, Charlie, his son, is hard at work managing the pro shop and golf operations. The rich history of this course runs deep in the Phillips family. When Charlie was new to the game, he learned to play golf at Vernon View, previously known as Hiawatha Golf Course. Little did he know, years later he would be operating the course.
